Owen did an excellent job from quoting to installing a new manhole in garage, skylight in kitchen and solar roof vent to expel hot air from ceiling. Prices were fair and reasonable and workmanship outstanding. Very pleasant to deal with, honest and I would highly recommend.

Eoin was fantastic!! Got the job done very quickly and at a great standard. He was very knowledgeable and gave some advice on lighting options. He didn’t try to over sell anything and gave us a few options to choose from! Would definitely recommend him if you want some extra storage.

What fantastic job Owen done. I have no storage space in my house what so ever, Owen came out arrived on time, super friendly and told me everything I need to know. I was confident with his suggestions and booked him in for the following week, Owen arrived on time and got straight into work, within 1 hour ladder was installed and I was inside my roof with a sound vision of what I was to expect. Every now and then, you come across a small business that impresses. I have been fortunate enough to have come across this one, and so, at the cost of a few minutes of typing i thought it worthwhile to share my thoughts on my experiences with Attic Ladders and Floors QLD.
1. Customer Service. 5 Stars. From the first call to the last handshake, Eoin was a consumate professional. His knowlege and experince in his services helped navigate options and provided the insight i needed to make a decison on ladder type and fit, which sped the whole process up.
He did what he said he would do. From quote to install, there were no surprises. It just worked.
2. Technical supplies - very happy with my ladder. We went with the entry level choice given our frequency of use. The options were 'good, better and best' and for what we needed, the Kimberly Premier met all requirements (im over 100kg and its is really sturdy, its great!)
3. Install - the process was seamless. Very happy with how neat it all looks and could not have been happier with the work. Taking the time to clean up after was a bonus in my eyes.

Very good experience. Owen is very professional and on time. High quality ladder and floor install. We decided on the commercial quality ladder due to our high Queenslander ceilings.
