What a pleasure to work with Owen on this project. Owen’s OCD/attention to detail is next level he’s an honest guy very nice person you pay by the meter so it’s not hourly👍🏻 I have a three-story house now.
I chose the Kimberley Ultimate aluminium gas strut ladder what a solid piece of gear so strong so light the way it bolts in is incredible. Thank you again Owen. You’re an absolute champion.

Attic Ladders and Floors recently installed flooring in our garage roof space along with a ladder for access, and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.
Eoin was quick to respond, easy to deal with, and made the whole process simple. The flooring has completely transformed the space—it looks great, is solid and safe. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Everything was finished off neatly with real attention to detail.
The ladder has honestly been a game changer. It’s sturdy, super easy to use, and the access it provides is amazing.
What used to be wasted space is now actually practical and really useful for storage.
Don’t hesitate to contact Eoin if you’re thinking about this as an option to increase your roof storage space.
Highly recommend Attic Ladders and Floors if you’re after a reliable, professional job with a great result.

Owen did an excellent job from quoting to installing a new manhole in garage, skylight in kitchen and solar roof vent to expel hot air from ceiling. Prices were fair and reasonable and workmanship outstanding. Very pleasant to deal with, honest and I would highly recommend.

Eoin installed out attic ladder, a great job thank you. It is such a convenient addition to our house, we like to store a lot of stuff in our ceiling space. No more carrying the heavy ladder up and down the stairs. It's very easy to operate. Extremely satisfied with the product and installation. Thanks Eoin.

What fantastic job Owen done. I have no storage space in my house what so ever, Owen came out arrived on time, super friendly and told me everything I need to know. I was confident with his suggestions and booked him in for the following week, Owen arrived on time and got straight into work, within 1 hour ladder was installed and I was inside my roof with a sound vision of what I was to expect. I couldn’t believe how good it looked when finished. Thanks Owen for your service. I love my space and no more clutter for me. If you’re looking at getting an attic I highly recommend Owen .

Every now and then, you come across a small business that impresses. I have been fortunate enough to have come across this one, and so, at the cost of a few minutes of typing i thought it worthwhile to share my thoughts on my experiences with Attic Ladders and Floors QLD.
1. Customer Service. 5 Stars. From the first call to the last handshake, Eoin was a consumate professional. His knowlege and experince in his services helped navigate options and provided the insight i needed to make a decison on ladder type and fit, which sped the whole process up.
He did what he said he would do. From quote to install, there were no surprises. It just worked.
2. Technical supplies - very happy with my ladder. We went with the entry level choice given our frequency of use. The options were 'good, better and best' and for what we needed, the Kimberly Premier met all requirements (im over 100kg and its is really sturdy, its great!)
3. Install - the process was seamless. Very happy with how neat it all looks and could not have been happier with the work. Taking the time to clean up after was a bonus in my eyes.
Anyhow, if your not sure, hopefully this feedback nudges you over the line. Thanks Eoin, well done mate and all the best with the business!

Very good experience. Owen is very professional and on time. High quality ladder and floor install. We decided on the commercial quality ladder due to our high Queenslander ceilings. The product is very safe and sturdy and hand rails make going up and down very safe. Owen work was very tidy and clean and professional quality.
