Great workmanship and fantastic price

Very impressed with our new storage area, it has made such a big difference to how we can now store all the christmas decorations and items we don’t use regularly. After we had eoin over for a measure and quote he was very informative about the hole process, the installation was very professional and we couldnt recommend eoin highly enough

Absolutely stoked with the attic storage Eoin built and installed. He got the job done in the exact time he said and highly impressed with the quality of his work. Was looking for a storage solution that didn't require structural changes for more room or building a separate structure altogether. When I engaged Attic Ladders and Floors, Eoin helped me clearly understand possible options for my storage needs, and during the quote, went through ways to make it happen, pointing out what was required for the job. Thank you Eoin for bringing open space back into my house and workshop again with attic storage!

Very happy with the attic ladder eoin install at our Queenslander home. The ceiling was particularly high so i was worried about the usability of the ladder, but it is very simple to use and of the highest quality. Its great to deal with an owner operator like eoin, he was the only point of contact during the whole process.

Eoin, Did a fantastic job! Great tradie.

Great Job done on time and very professional .

Top job, could not be more pleased. What a pleasure to do business with an owner operator, so knowledgeable and passionate about his product and his work, takes pride in everything he does, every step of the way. How refreshing ! Thank you Owen. I highly recommend if you’re considering an Attic Ladder or a Roof Solar Ventilation system you give this guy a call. Thanks again Owen. ????

Thank you Owen for a great installation of our attic stairs in the garage. Wished we had thought to do this sooner, rather than trying to lift myself through the manhole I think all houses should be built with them in. Very happy with everything, thank you !

Very Highly recommended -really happy with our Attic ladder install - Eoin is very professional, great communication - arrives on time. Great Tradesman if I could give him 10 stars I would - Thank you Eoin

After we recently bought a house the first thing we had an issue with was lack of storage. After we saw eoin on facebook we had him around for a quote. We were very happy with how he explained the whole process. His quote was very reasonable and we are so happy with the finished result

STOP! If you are reading this that means you are looking for an attic ladder and you have found your company. We had Eoin install an attic ladder in our townhome and could not be happier with our decision, what more can you ask for than a tradie who quotes a fair price, do the work on time with absolutely no fuss or mess and leaves the site cleaner than he found it. Will definitely use Eoin again when we look at installing a solar roof ventilator.

Initial phone enquiry to install was only a few days. Quality is fantastic. I highly recommend and encourage everyone to use this company

Had eoin around to install and attic ladder and solar roof vent,it’s made the world of difference to our home

Eoin did a great job of installing the attic ladder and we also got him to lay some flooring in the ceiling as well. His pricing and communication is very good. We are very happy with the result.

Abbott Builders QLD Pty Ltd highly recommends Attic Ladders and Floors QLD. Company run by Eion, completes high quality staircases and flooring into roof voids - Excellent trades man.

Can't recommend enough. Owen was a pleasure to deal with, reasonable prices and went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional result. We are so happy with the outcome. Thanks Owen

I did alot of research and chose Owen over the competition due to his vast knowledge on various solar vent products, attention to detail, and excellent service. He is 2nd to none - highly recommended. Also, the solar vent works fabulous - so much heat is removed from the roof cavity, we can run our A/C less often.

Great communication prior to the service. On time, ran us through the issue and how best to go about fixing it. Very honest. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Eoin did an amazing job and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole experience. Eoin is professional, down to earth, and honest. I used to dread going into the attic as it was always an ordeal, now it is super easy. The space has allowed for so much more storage and the exhaust fan keeps it much more comfortable. Now all that's left is to paint the door.

There are not enough superlatives for the work Eoin carried out... not only was it done in a perfect & timely manner - the guy was a proper gent as well, who really knew his stuff. I'll definitely use him again/recommend him to anyone. Top class.

Eoin installed an attic ladder for me, a difficult install in an old Queenslander with 3.5m ceilings. Communication before the install was fantastic. Eoin was always punctual and did a professional and tidy install. Couldn't be happier with the result. Very happy to recommend Attic Ladders and Floors.

Outstanding workmanship by Owen and overall great guy to deal with. Owen explains everything before commencing to confirm your needs and even gave me the tutorial on creating more space by sheeting exactly as he does it! Thanks Owen ????

Owen is a great worker, diligent and thorough, he did a job for us and I can say we were so happy with his performance. He went way beyond what a normal tradesman would do. He also kept to his quoted price and kept us informed when he was on site. I can recommend Owen for ladders, floors, roofs and sheds safe in the knowledge that you too will be happy with his work.

Great service, quality work and a good price. All round, very happy with Eoin's work.
