We had Eoin install an attic ladder in our townhome and could not be happier with our decision, what more can you ask for than a tradie who quotes a fair price, do the work on time with absolutely no fuss or mess and leaves the site cleaner than he found it. Will definitely use Eoin again when we look at installing a solar roof ventilator.

I used to dread going into the attic as it was always an ordeal, now it is super easy. The space has allowed for so much more storage and the exhaust fan keeps it much more comfortable. Now all that's left is to paint the door.

The self closing ladder made it so easy when having a high ceiling. Best decision we could have made to clear out the house. Rob DayEoin recently installed a large Illume in our kitchen/dining area. The extra light makes a huge difference. Eoin also installed a solar roof vent on the day for us. It is much cooler up in the attic space now. Even the temperature downstairs dropped a degree already. Eoin did a very neat job, was on time and very knowledgeable. Sean PhillipsI rang Eoin today to organise a repair or a replacement of my currently old but functional attic ladder. A visiting tradesman had bent it and it would no longer close. Eoin took me through the options and offered to drop by on his way to another job for a look to see what best to do. I asked if I should send some photos to help him out in preparation for the repairs/replacement. I sent them through and whilst talking to him, he proceeded to tell me how to fix my problem from the pictures over the phone. He said ring me back if it doesn’t work and I will come as arranged. So 10 minutes later, attic ladder all fixed and no need for repair or replacement. Eoin did himself out of a job, by being a decent bloke. I can’t speak to his work, but if it matches his integrity and decency, it will be top notch. The minute my current arrangement actually breaks, he is the only person I will call. Give him a ring, you won’t regret it.

Most of our rooms are costed on a transparent square metre pricing structure so there are no hidden costs. A truss roof attracts a slightly higher rate, but we will advise of this right from the start.
Sorry no, we only install storage areas and ladders to access your attic, which are completely different from living/habitable areas and cannot be used as such.

Yes, depending on the weight. We build a sub frame on top of your existing ceiling joists upon which we securely screw down our flooring which is engineer approved to hold 75 kg per square metre, plus your own weight.
An appraisal is completely free and without obligation. Most of the time I’m also able to quote over the phone if provided with a clear picture! However sometimes I need to visit the site in person, completely free of charge.
