Very impressed with the Kimberley Attic Ladder and Solar Vent. Exceptional service from Eoin at Attic Ladders and Floors Qld. Would highly recommend.

Eoin recently installed a large Illume in our kitchen/dining area. The extra light makes a huge difference. Eoin also installed a solar roof vent on the day for us. It is much cooler up in the attic space now. Even the temperature downstairs dropped a degree already. Eoin did a very neat job, was on time and very knowledgeable. Have already recommended him to a colleague and will be installing more illumes in the bathrooms soon! Thanks you Eoin for a great job!

Very happy with the hole process from quote to installation and very competitive quote

Very happy with the attic ladder eoin install at our Queenslander home. The ceiling was particularly high so i was worried about the usability of the ladder, but it is very simple to use and of the highest quality. Its great to deal with an owner operator like eoin, he was the only point of contact during the whole process.

Lots of extra storage in the roof now. Well priced and quality product.

We loved Eoin’s work. He installed 2 Illume solar powered skylights to brighten up our days, a clever attic ladder and floor and a solar powered roof fan which is really cool. He is a genuine, hard-working, reliable guy who knows what works. He provides real value for money and we wholeheartedly recommend him.

Abbott Builders QLD Pty Ltd highly recommends Attic Ladders and Floors QLD. Company run by Eion, completes high quality staircases and flooring into roof voids - Excellent trades man.

I rang Eoin today to organise a repair or a replacement of my currently old but functional attic ladder. A visiting tradesman had bent it and it would no longer close. Eoin took me through the options and offered to drop by on his way to another job for a look to see what best to do. I asked if I should send some photos to help him out in preparation for the repairs/replacement. I sent them through and whilst talking to him, he proceeded to tell me how to fix my problem from the pictures over the phone. He said ring me back if it doesn’t work and I will come as arranged. So 10 minutes later, attic ladder all fixed and no need for repair or replacement. Eoin did himself out of a job, by being a decent bloke. I can’t speak to his work, but if it matches his integrity and decency, it will be top notch. The minute my current arrangement actually breaks, he is the only person I will call. Give him a ring, you won’t regret it.

Owen is a great worker, diligent and thorough, he did a job for us and I can say we were so happy with his performance. He went way beyond what a normal tradesman would do. He also kept to his quoted price and kept us informed when he was on site. I can recommend Owen for ladders, floors, roofs and sheds safe in the knowledge that you too will be happy with his work.

Great workmanship and fantastic price

Great Job done on time and very professional .

Eion installed our illumine skylight today we were so impressed with the professionalism and workmanship. Thank you Eion, our new skylight looks amazing. No more excess power bills!

So happy with our new attic storage area. We had been struggling for years with for storage. After a quote from eoin we had him around to install a Kimberley attic ladder and storage flooring. We couldn't be happier with the job he done and how he did a few extra bits of work at no charge. Highly recommended

Nice Job thanks Mate

Eoghan, (Owen) recently installed an attic ladder and yellow tongue flooring in my roof, his work is exceptional and he is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge in utilising this space. I have no problem recommending Eoghan, to anyone considering utilising their roof space.

Great service, quality work and a good price. All round, very happy with Eoin's work.

Absolutely stoked with the attic storage Eoin built and installed. He got the job done in the exact time he said and highly impressed with the quality of his work. Was looking for a storage solution that didn't require structural changes for more room or building a separate structure altogether. When I engaged Attic Ladders and Floors, Eoin helped me clearly understand possible options for my storage needs, and during the quote, went through ways to make it happen, pointing out what was required for the job. Thank you Eoin for bringing open space back into my house and workshop again with attic storage!

Good service and advice on where to place the attic ladder. Great work doing the install and tidy up afterwards. Highly recommend.

Had such a great experience dealing with Eoin. We had a really old attic ladder that needed to be fixed and he kindly came over to have a look at it and even taught us how to repair it in future. Extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend his services

Top job, could not be more pleased. What a pleasure to do business with an owner operator, so knowledgeable and passionate about his product and his work, takes pride in everything he does, every step of the way. How refreshing ! Thank you Owen. I highly recommend if you’re considering an Attic Ladder or a Roof Solar Ventilation system you give this guy a call. Thanks again Owen. ????

Thank you Owen for a great installation of our attic stairs in the garage. Wished we had thought to do this sooner, rather than trying to lift myself through the manhole I think all houses should be built with them in. Very happy with everything, thank you !

Had eoin around to install and attic ladder and solar roof vent,it’s made the world of difference to our home

I would recommend this business. The work was of excellent standard and the service was prompt. I would use them again in the future.

I had Owen from Attic Ladders and Floors Qld put an attic ladder and flooring in my attic today. Right from the quote to the finished product he arrived on time and went the extra mile, helping me put the boxes in the attic and teaching me how to get the ladder down and return it. So professional and can highly recommend him. Great way to use space that is going to waste.
