We loved Eoin’s work. He installed 2 Illume solar powered skylights to brighten up our days, a clever attic ladder and floor and a solar powered roof fan which is really cool. Eion came an installed an ultimate Kimberley attic ladder and flooring in my roof. We are so happy with the end result. The self closing ladder made it so easy when having a high ceiling. Best decision we could have made to clear out the house. Eoin was extremely helpful from when I called him threw to installation ,he explained the whole process which made us very comfortable.

I used to dread going into the attic as it was always an ordeal, now it is super easy. The space has allowed for so much more storage and the exhaust fan keeps it much more comfortable. Now all that's left is to paint the door.

Right from the quote to the finished product he arrived on time and went the extra mile, helping me put the boxes in the attic and teaching me how to get the ladder down and return it. So professional and can highly recommend him. Great way to use space that is going to waste.

I rang Eoin today to organise a repair or a replacement of my currently old but functional attic ladder. A visiting tradesman had bent it and it would no longer close. Eoin took me through the options and offered to drop by on his way to another job for a look to see what best to do. I asked if I should send some photos to help him out in preparation for the repairs/replacement. I sent them through and whilst talking to him, he proceeded to tell me how to fix my problem from the pictures over the phone. He said ring me back if it doesn’t work and I will come as arranged. So 10 minutes later, attic ladder all fixed and no need for repair or replacement. Eoin did himself out of a job, by being a decent bloke. I can’t speak to his work, but if it matches his integrity and decency, it will be top notch. The minute my current arrangement actually breaks, he is the only person I will call. Give him a ring, you won’t regret it.

STOP! If you are reading this that means you are looking for an attic ladder and you have found your company. We had Eoin install an attic ladder in our townhome and could not be happier with our decision, what more can you ask for than a tradie who quotes a fair price, do the work on time with absolutely no fuss or mess and leaves the site cleaner than he found it. Will definitely use Eoin again when we look at installing a solar roof ventilator.
