Had eoin around to install and attic ladder and solar roof vent,it’s made the world of difference to our home

Eoghan, (Owen) recently installed an attic ladder and yellow tongue flooring in my roof, his work is exceptional and he is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge in utilising this space. I have no problem recommending Eoghan, to anyone considering utilising their roof space.

Eoin installed an attic ladder for me, a difficult install in an old Queenslander with 3.5m ceilings. Communication before the install was fantastic. STOP! If you are reading this that means you are looking for an attic ladder and you have found your company. We had Eoin install an attic ladder in our townhome and could not be happier with our decision, what more can you ask for than a tradie who quotes a fair price, do the work on time with absolutely no fuss or mess and leaves the site cleaner than he found it. Will definitely use Eoin again when we look at installing a solar roof ventilator.

I rang Eoin today to organise a repair or a replacement of my currently old but functional attic ladder. A visiting tradesman had bent it and it would no longer close. Eoin took me through the options and offered to drop by on his way to another job for a look to see what best to do. I asked if I should send some photos to help him out in preparation for the repairs/replacement. I sent them through and whilst talking to him, he proceeded to tell me how to fix my problem from the pictures over the phone. He said ring me back if it doesn’t work and I will come as arranged. So 10 minutes later, attic ladder all fixed and no need for repair or replacement. Eoin did himself out of a job, by being a decent bloke. I can’t speak to his work, but if it matches his integrity and decency, it will be top notch. The minute my current arrangement actually breaks, he is the only person I will call. Give him a ring, you won’t regret it.
