Eoghan, (Owen) recently installed an attic ladder and yellow tongue flooring in my roof, his work is exceptional and he is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge in utilising this space. I have no problem recommending Eoghan, to anyone considering utilising their roof space.

STOP! If you are reading this that means you are looking for an attic ladder and you have found your company. We had Eoin install an attic ladder in our townhome and could not be happier with our decision, what more can you ask for than a tradie who quotes a fair price, do the work on time with absolutely no fuss or mess and leaves the site cleaner than he found it. Eion came an installed an ultimate Kimberley attic ladder and flooring in my roof. We are so happy with the end result. The self closing ladder made it so easy when having a high ceiling. Best decision we could have made to clear out the house. Eoin was extremely helpful from when I called him threw to installation ,he explained the whole process which made us very comfortable.

I rang Eoin today to organise a repair or a replacement of my currently old but functional attic ladder. A visiting tradesman had bent it and it would no longer close. Eoin took me through the options and offered to drop by on his way to another job for a look to see what best to do. I asked if I should send some photos to help him out in preparation for the repairs/replacement. I sent them through and whilst talking to him, he proceeded to tell me how to fix my problem from the pictures over the phone. He said ring me back if it doesn’t work and I will come as arranged. So 10 minutes later, attic ladder all fixed and no need for repair or replacement. Eoin did himself out of a job, by being a decent bloke. I can’t speak to his work, but if it matches his integrity and decency, it will be top notch. The minute my current arrangement actually breaks, he is the only person I will call. Give him a ring, you won’t regret it.

Very happy with the attic ladder eoin install at our Queenslander home. The ceiling was particularly high so i was worried about the usability of the ladder, but it is very simple to use and of the highest quality. Its great to deal with an owner operator like eoin, he was the only point of contact during the whole process.
