Owen is a great worker, diligent and thorough, he did a job for us and I can say we were so happy with his performance. He went way beyond what a normal tradesman would do. He also kept to his quoted price and kept us informed when he was on site. I can recommend Owen for ladders, floors, roofs and sheds safe in the knowledge that you too will be happy with his work.

There are not enough superlatives for the work Eoin carried out... not only was it done in a perfect & timely manner - the guy was a proper gent as well, who really knew his stuff. I'll definitely use him again/recommend him to anyone. Top class.

Great workmanship and fantastic price

I did alot of research and chose Owen over the competition due to his vast knowledge on various solar vent products, attention to detail, and excellent service. He is 2nd to none - highly recommended. Also, the solar vent works fabulous - so much heat is removed from the roof cavity, we can run our A/C less often.

I rang Eoin today to organise a repair or a replacement of my currently old but functional attic ladder. A visiting tradesman had bent it and it would no longer close. Eoin took me through the options and offered to drop by on his way to another job for a look to see what best to do. I asked if I should send some photos to help him out in preparation for the repairs/replacement. I sent them through and whilst talking to him, he proceeded to tell me how to fix my problem from the pictures over the phone. He said ring me back if it doesn’t work and I will come as arranged. So 10 minutes later, attic ladder all fixed and no need for repair or replacement. Eoin did himself out of a job, by being a decent bloke. I can’t speak to his work, but if it matches his integrity and decency, it will be top notch. The minute my current arrangement actually breaks, he is the only person I will call. Give him a ring, you won’t regret it.

STOP! If you are reading this that means you are looking for an attic ladder and you have found your company. We had Eoin install an attic ladder in our townhome and could not be happier with our decision, what more can you ask for than a tradie who quotes a fair price, do the work on time with absolutely no fuss or mess and leaves the site cleaner than he found it. Will definitely use Eoin again when we look at installing a solar roof ventilator.

Highly recommend. Eoin did an amazing job and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole experience. Eoin is professional, down to earth, and honest. I used to dread going into the attic as it was always an ordeal, now it is super easy. The space has allowed for so much more storage and the exhaust fan keeps it much more comfortable.
